Anthropic is hiring a Head of Global Renewals to build and lead the renewals function for its consumption-based enterprise business. The role owns renewal strategy, execution, forecasting, retention metrics, and expansion at renewal. The leader will hire and manage Renewals Managers, create playbooks and early-warning systems, and work with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success.
