CoreWeave's Warsaw Hardware Compute team, its EMEA hub for CoreWeave Omni, seeks a Hardware Engineer, GPU Infrastructure. The role owns GPU and interconnect health across the fleet, automating diagnostics, monitoring, alerting and playbooks. It involves root-cause work across hardware, firmware, drivers and PCIe, vendor collaboration, EMEA/APAC escalations, region bring-ups and on-call. Requirements include 4+ years in hardware, infrastructure, systems or platform engineering, 2+ years with data centre GPUs H100 or newer, InfiniBand/NVLink, Python or Ansible, and Redfish/IPMI. Typical cash compensation is 262,000–350,000 PLN.
