JetBrains is hiring a Growth Manager for JetBrains AI, its AI tooling for software development teams. The role owns the acquisition, onboarding and activation journey: entry points in IDEs, plugins and account flows; trial starts, demos and sandboxes; setup and first-run experiences; and experiments to lift trial-to-active and early repeat usage. The posting asks for product-led growth experience with developer tools, SaaS or AI products, funnel, cohort and experiment analysis, and work with design, engineering, analytics and marketing.
