Cohere is hiring a Global Public Policy Manager to lead engagement on compute infrastructure, export controls, AI competitiveness and sovereign AI strategies. The work covers monitoring policy developments on data centers, energy and semiconductors, drafting policy positions, supporting government and public-private partnership discussions, and producing analysis and thought leadership. Applicants need five to seven years in public policy, technology, trade, energy or national security policy, plus knowledge of geopolitical technology issues. Experience with cloud infrastructure, telecoms or national competitiveness is preferred. The role is remote and full-time, mid-level.
