Firmus is hiring a Global Operations Centre Support Specialist in Singapore for an on-site, full-time, 24x7 shift role. The person monitors tier-1 networks, data centre and server hardware, handles alerts and incidents, escalates critical events, logs tickets, and coordinates maintenance with internal and external teams. The posting asks for at least two years in data centres or critical environments, network and server troubleshooting, electrical/mechanical system knowledge, and monitoring/ticketing tools.
