OpenAI is hiring a Global Mobility Manager for strategic initiatives, reporting to the head of Global Mobility & Immigration. The role covers U.S. permanent residence strategy, including PERM planning and compliance, plus immigration workstreams for M&A, restructurings, entity changes and new-market entry. Duties include playbooks, risk assessments, dashboards, and managing external counsel and vendors.
