Wayve seeks a Global Head of Training to own the strategy, standards and operating model for training, certifying and developing its on-road operational workforce across the UK, US, Germany and Japan. It is a build role: defining training architecture, scalable curricula and certification pathways, and proving training effectiveness with data. It manages Regional Training Leads and Coordinators and partners with Operations, Product and Safety. Applicants should have led training or capability development in safety-critical operations such as autonomous systems, aviation, robotics or logistics. Based in Sunnyvale, on-site, with occasional on-call.
