ElevenLabs is hiring a General Manager to build and run its Poland business, ideally in Warsaw. The role covers country strategy, B2B sales pipeline, leading the top 30 strategic accounts, hiring a founding sales and implementation team, event and brand spending, and partner-led business development. The posting wants 15+ years leading teams on complex projects, a consulting and sales background, experience deploying technical products into enterprises, native Polish, and a hands-on operator's mindset. It is remote-first within Poland.
