Cursor is hiring a Forward Deployed Strategist to own strategic customer engagements from first workshop to handoff. The role scopes projects with executive sponsors, leads technical discovery, and works hands-on at the configuration layer — workflows, integrations, platform tooling — alongside a forward deployed engineer, who handles deeper production builds. It asks for 6+ years in solutions architecture, deployment strategy, technical consulting or engagement management, comfort with agentic coding and LLMs, and enough Python or JS/TS to partner with engineers. Domain depth in FSI, insurance, telecom, healthcare or semiconductors is a plus.
