Cursor is hiring a Forward Deployed Strategist to own its most strategic customer engagements, working in a pod with one or two forward-deployed engineers. The strategist scopes executive-sponsored projects, leads technical discovery, handles the configuration layer such as workflows, integrations and platform tooling, runs training and adoption playbooks, and reports product gaps to engineering. The posting asks for 6+ years in solutions architecture, deployment strategy, consulting or engagement management, plus enough familiarity with agentic coding and LLMs to read Python or JS/TS. Domain depth in FSI, insurance, telecom, healthcare or semiconductors is a plus.
