Anthropic is hiring an Executive Escalations Manager as a founding member of a new Community & Executive Escalations pillar inside its Operations organization. The person builds escalation criteria, playbooks, SOPs and tooling, triages issues arriving through executive channels, owns them to resolution, briefs executives and Comms partners, writes post-escalation reports, and runs a recurring insights forum that turns patterns into product and policy changes. The posting asks for six or more years in escalation management, trust and safety operations or front-line support, plus sharp writing and judgment under pressure.
