Tenstorrent is hiring an engineering program manager, or a technical engineer moving into program management, for its RISC-V CPU team in Austin or Santa Clara. The work covers the full CPU development cycle — architecture, design, verification, physical design, DFT, tapeout and post-silicon debug — owning schedules, dependencies, resourcing and risk escalation alongside a senior program lead. Candidates should have CPU, SoC or silicon experience and at least one program through a major milestone. Functional Safety (ISO 26262) exposure is a plus.
