Anthropic seeks an Engineering Manager to lead its Review Tooling team inside the Safeguards organization. The person will manage engineers building investigation, review and enforcement tooling across first-party products and third-party cloud platforms, and set the roadmap for an analytics-enabled platform, privacy-compatible data access primitives and a sandbox for new review interfaces. The role also covers scaling review through automation, including Claude-assisted workflows. Candidates need management experience, full-stack or platform engineering background, internal tools experience, and cross-functional work with policy, operations or legal.
