An engineering manager role at CoreWeave's Warsaw site, reporting to the Director of Compute Architecture and leading three hardware-focused functions: server hardware and fleet management, hardware lifecycle and observability software, and high-bandwidth GPU interconnect (NVLink, NVSwitch). Duties cover hiring, coaching, performance management, sprint planning and cross-functional execution with North American leaders. The posting asks for 5+ years in hardware, infrastructure, systems or HPC plus 2+ years managing engineers, with BMC, Linux and automation experience preferred. Experience opening an engineering team in a new region is a plus.
