Anthropic is hiring an engineering manager for its performance and scaling teams, based in San Francisco, New York or Seattle and on-site. The manager leads engineers who find and remove bottlenecks and make inference and training systems faster and more efficient, contributes technically, sets priorities and coaches reports.
