Baseten is hiring an engineering manager for its Forward Deployed Engineering team, a group that writes code for the core platform and runs customer engagements rather than selling. The manager leads and mentors engineers, sets goals, and stays hands-on: designing, deploying and monitoring LLM inference systems.
