OpenAI's Early Access Program team is hiring a deployment engineer to lead technical engagements with customers testing frontier model capabilities at their earliest alpha stage. The person scopes use cases, builds prototypes, designs evaluations, and troubleshoots model and product behavior, while owning each program end to end and feeding findings back to Research and Product. The posting asks for 4+ years of software engineering with customer-facing delivery, Python and/or JavaScript or TypeScript, cloud deployment, and LLM evaluation experience.
