Shield AI is hiring a District Manager for Latin America to lead sales of its autonomy software, uncrewed aircraft and simulation products to government, defense, security, public safety and aviation customers. The role owns the regional go-to-market plan, pipeline, bookings, forecasts and strategic accounts, and runs complex deals from first engagement through contract award. It is a senior, quota-carrying position. The person must live in the region, with Colombia or Mexico preferred, and travel up to 50% across priority countries, customer sites and partner locations.
