Wayve is hiring a director to set product strategy for the platforms used to develop, evaluate and validate its AI driving system: open- and closed-loop simulation, evaluation, synthetic data and validation workflows. The director leads embedded product managers, runs user research with engineering and science teams, sets quality bars and owns quarterly planning. Requirements include 8+ years in product management, 3–5 leading PMs, and a record with internal developer tools or ML evaluation infrastructure. Autonomous-vehicle or safety-critical experience is desirable.
