Nscale is hiring a Director for its HPC systems engineering function, based on-site in one of four listed cities. The director sets strategy and leads managers, senior engineers, and team-of-teams groups that build and operate Slurm-based HPC services. Responsibilities include delivery quality, platform architecture, operational maturity, budget, headcount, and hiring. The posting seeks proven leadership of a significant HPC, platform, or infrastructure organization; deep technical credibility in Linux, distributed systems, GPU infrastructure, networking, and production operations; Slurm experience is strongly preferred.
