Glean is hiring a Designated Technical Support Engineer in Bangalore, working on-site for specific enterprise accounts. The engineer owns proactive and reactive support: troubleshooting configuration and content-source issues, reading application logs, stack traces and browser traces, writing customer runbooks and knowledge articles, handling alerts and on-call shifts, and teaching customers to use Glean's AI search and assistant features. The posting wants experience in support, solutions or professional services plus search, knowledge or SaaS systems. Dedicated-customer work brings extra screenings, customer equipment and extended on-call.
