Google Cloud is hiring a Design AI Lead for its edge AI IP design team, on-site in Tel Aviv or Haifa. The role involves leading the team through IP definition, implementation and deployment, defining development methodologies and block-level design documents, and remaining technical across RTL, simulation debug and checks. It requires a bachelor's in electrical engineering or equivalent, ten years of design from microarchitecture through implementation with Verilog/SystemVerilog, four years managing teams, and experience in chip flow, architecture, physical design and verification. Preferred: advanced degree and AI module power/performance/area optimization.
