LangChain's Professional Services team is hiring a Deployed Architect in New York City for on-site, full-time work. The role splits between infrastructure work — Kubernetes clusters, Terraform and Helm, CI/CD, high-availability and disaster recovery — and agent engineering: multi-agent design with LangChain or LangGraph, evaluation frameworks, prompt A/B testing, and RAG. Applicants need 7+ years in hands-on customer-facing roles such as solutions architect or forward deployed engineer, 3+ years on GCP, AWS or Azure, and 1+ year building production AI applications. Travel up to 20%.
