OpenAI's Business Data Science team is hiring a data scientist to embed with its Customer Success organization and work on ChatGPT Team, ChatGPT Enterprise and the API. The work covers setting metrics, running experiments, measuring whether onboarding, emails and events change adoption, and building self-serve tools for stakeholders. It asks for 10+ years in data science, statistics and causal inference, Python or R, SQL and ETL, and BI tools like Mode, Tableau or Looker. Hybrid, three days a week in San Francisco or New York, with relocation help.
