Anthropic is hiring a Customer Programs Manager to turn its scaled co-marketing program into a repeatable, measured system. The role owns co-marketing investment: allocation tracking, spend pacing, agency briefs, quarterly reconciliation, and joint plans with customers that lift Claude adoption. The person also owns the customer marketing intake process and its tooling, and defines impact measurement with Marketing Ops and Data Science. The posting wants co-marketing and agency management experience, paid social knowledge, Salesforce and BI familiarity, plus existing Claude fluency; 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing is preferred.
