OpenAI's Business Marketing creative team is hiring a Creative Operations Lead in San Francisco, reporting to the Head of Creative, Business. The role owns creative resourcing, studio operations and the creative budget across internal teams, contractors and agencies, building capacity plans and staffing systems, managing agency assignments and fees, and improving AI-enabled briefing and production workflows. It asks for 10+ years owning creative operations, resourcing or integrated production, knowledge of design, copy, motion, video and web production, and hands-on AI workflow experience. Hybrid, three days a week in office.
