OpenAI's Corporate Development team is hiring a Deal Lead to run acquisitions and strategic investments end to end: sourcing, diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation and close. The role also tracks AI and technology market trends, builds financial models and board-level deal materials, and works with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance and GTM. It asks for 12+ years leading M&A or strategic transactions, ideally with enterprise/B2B sector expertise, and interest in using AI to improve Corp Dev's own processes. Based at the San Francisco HQ, hybrid, three days a week, with relocation assistance.
