Harvey's legal team in Dublin needs a Contracts Manager for its hybrid, three-day-a-week office schedule. The job is drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDAs, master service agreements, statements of work, marketing and procurement agreements, plus maintaining templates and playbooks and running the contracts management system. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, four or more years of in-house experience, ideally at a SaaS or tech company, and hands-on work with systems such as Ironclad, Zip or DocuSign. AI experience is welcomed, not required; the legal team uses Harvey itself for contracting.
