Cerebras is hiring a Compute Server Platform Architect for its Cluster Architecture Team, on-site in the US or Canada. The role owns server-side platform architecture for CS3-based AI clusters: defining server types, specifying CPU, memory, PCIe and NIC configurations, building capacity and performance models, setting OS and firmware baselines, and leading vendor qualification. Network-attached accelerators put the x86 fleet on the critical path. It asks for a PhD plus eight years, or a master's or bachelor's plus ten, with five in server platform architecture or systems performance.
