ElevenLabs is hiring a Compliance Engineer to maintain US government certifications—GovRAMP, FedRAMP, CJIS, CMMC—and steer its enterprise product toward regulated sectors like state and local government, defense and finance. The work covers risk assessments against CIS and NIST frameworks, technical documentation, vendor security questionnaires, and answering client security requests alongside sales. The posting wants hands-on compliance tooling experience (Vanta named), public cloud compliance on AWS, GCP or Azure, and familiarity wiring compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines. Remote-first across the US, Eastern time required; New York office optional.
