Harvey, which builds agentic AI for legal and professional services, is hiring a Community Lead for customer engagement. The role designs and scales customer community and advocacy programs — power user initiatives, advocate cohorts, customer councils, user groups, awards and recognition — plus roundtables, dinners, workshops and webinars, and coordination of third-party research. It also builds the operational side: playbooks, calendars, trackers, briefing docs and metrics such as participation and advocate growth. The posting wants a multidisciplinary customer marketer and operator comfortable working directly with customers and across Customer Success, Sales, Product and Communications.
