OpenAI's Industrial Compute organization is hiring a Commissioning Program Manager to standardize how data center infrastructure is tested, validated and handed over to operations. The role builds commissioning playbooks, stage gates, workflows, KPIs and dashboards, translating field needs into tools used across projects. It asks for 5+ years in program, project, construction, commissioning or infrastructure delivery, plus construction platforms and analytics experience. Standards work spans the whole portfolio, not one site; travel stays under 20%. Based in the San Francisco office or a self-build data center campus.
