Waymo's e-Mobility team seeks a Charging Automation Lead to design the shift from manual charging infrastructure to an automated, "zero-touch" network for a global autonomous fleet. The role covers data integration between vehicle embedded controls, charging hardware, CMS products and cloud apps; robotic charging arms and battery storage; automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines; and commissioning vendors. Requirements include a technical bachelor's degree, five-plus years with Charger Management Systems, Python, OCPP/OCPI and APIs. Travel runs about 25%. Base pay is $190,000–$234,000.
