Baseten is hiring a Capacity Operations Manager in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule to run the supply side of its GPU fleet. The job covers fleet lifecycle and health, observability, utilization monitoring and remediation across neocloud and bare-metal environments; reconciling contracted, provisioned, healthy and used capacity; and holding hardware suppliers to replacement SLAs, MTTR and RMA cycle times, including credit claims. Applicants need 5–10+ years in infrastructure or large-scale compute, direct GPU, server or data center supplier experience, and self-serve analytics. It is an individual-contributor role, not people management.
