Anthropic is hiring a BDR Enablement Lead to own training for its business development team: onboarding new BDRs from day one to first meeting booked, running skill development on cold calling, written outreach, objection handling, discovery and qualification, and maintaining pipeline generation playbooks across segments. The role also covers enabling AI-native prospecting workflows using plugins, account research skills and agentic tooling, plus coaching infrastructure and measuring impact on ramp time and meeting conversion. Preferred: 5+ years in enablement, including time as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager.
