01.AI is hiring a Large Language Model Algorithm Intern in Beijing, on-site. The intern works on training, alignment, reinforcement learning and evaluation of large language models, covering data cleaning and annotation, pretraining, continued domain pretraining, supervised fine-tuning, LoRA, preference optimization, and building evaluation sets for knowledge, reasoning, instruction following and safety. Applicants study computer science, AI, mathematics, statistics or similar, and know Python, PyTorch, NLP and deep learning; exposure to SFT, DPO, PPO or GRPO is valued. The commitment is at least four days a week for three consecutive months.
