Celonis is hiring an associate solution consultant into its Value Engineering team through a 12-month Orbit graduate program. The role is customer-facing: scoping AI and process-intelligence problems, coding prototypes in SQL, PQL and Python, running hackathons and proof-of-value projects, and presenting business cases to executives. Candidates need a STEM degree, strong academic record, internship or one to two years' experience, and familiarity with generative AI techniques — RAG, prompt and context engineering, multi-agent orchestration — plus Python ML libraries. Two years based in Madrid, with travel across DACH.
