Amazon’s AWS Security Customer Outcomes Team is hiring an Applied Scientist II in Herndon, Virginia for an onsite, full-time role. The person will design and build LLM-based security applications for open-source software and software supply chains, including intelligent code scanning, automated remediation, and proactive security automation, using Bedrock, SageMaker, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Responsibilities include training and evaluating production models, leading technical design, owning SLAs and on-call, and publishing or mentoring. The distinctive focus is applying AI to open-source security at AWS scale.
