Amazon Music Search Science is hiring an Applied Scientist-II for its Bangalore engineering and science hub. The person will design, build, train, evaluate, and deploy production ML systems for music search, covering retrieval, ranking, query understanding, and search across mobile, web, and voice devices. Work includes data pipelines, model serving, offline/online evaluation, and large-scale A/B tests. The posting requires a PhD or a master’s degree with four years of experience, three years of production ML work, and programming in Python, Java, or C++. The role is on-site.
