Amazon seeks an Applied Scientist for Agentic WorkSpaces (AAWS), on a tiger team building capacity modelling for Amazon WorkSpaces. The role designs, builds, and improves forecasting and optimization models so compute, storage, and networking are available when needed at low cost, and defines the scientific roadmap for capacity intelligence. Work covers demand forecasting, supply optimization, causal and probabilistic modelling, simulation, and evaluation. Basic qualifications: 3+ years building business-application models, plus a PhD or a master's and 4+ years in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
