Cerebras builds a large AI chip and runs LLM training and inference on it. This role turns machine-learning methods into scalable systems: LLM pretraining, fine-tuning and reinforcement-learning post-training pipelines, evaluation pipelines, dataset generation and filtering, and debugging across data, training and low-precision compute. It is an applied position, not one for publishing new algorithms. Requirements: bachelor's or master's in CS or a related field, four or more years with ML systems, Python, PyTorch, and transformer fundamentals; multiple levels are open.
