NVIDIA's Circuit Solutions Group is hiring an applied machine learning engineer to build AI-driven systems for circuit design, combining optimization algorithms, deep learning models and agentic workflows. Work covers pre- and post-silicon circuit data, layout optimization and Spice correlation, testing hypotheses through modeling until quality-of-results targets are met. The posting requires an MS with three years or a PhD with one, plus strict experience in combinatorial optimization, agentic AI and LLMs, and ML for chip design and EDA, with Python and C++. EDA development and CMOS layout experience stand out.
