Anthropic's Applied AI team is hiring in Tokyo for a customer-facing engineer who helps Japanese enterprises adopt Claude. The work covers systems architecture, novel prompting, prototypes and evaluation suites, plus advising customers on integration and onboarding alongside sales and product teams. The posting asks for native-level Japanese and business-level English, Python proficiency, and experience as a technical product manager, forward-deployed engineer or platform engineer.
