xAI is hiring a Serbian-language AI Tutor to train Grok's voice and audio capabilities. The work involves labelling, annotating and recording multilingual audio, transcribing speech across accents and noisy recordings, and translating UI copy and prompts from English into Serbian. Applicants need native Serbian, English at B2 or above, sharp auditory perception and strong transcription accuracy. Preferred backgrounds include linguistics, speech science, audio annotation and voice work; a portfolio of voice samples or annotated transcripts is encouraged. Roles may be full-time, part-time or contractor, performed remotely worldwide.
