xAI is hiring AI Tutors in the humanities to improve the Grok models. The work is annotation and evaluation: judging model outputs for factual accuracy, logic and hidden assumptions, writing reference answers and datasets, and helping engineering teams build rubrics. Applicants need deep knowledge in one field such as linguistics, history, philosophy or literature, primary-source work, argument analysis, and precise analytical English writing; a PhD or comparable scholarly record is preferred.
