Glean seeks an AI Success Manager as the post-sales lead for enterprise customers of its Work AI platform. The role covers hands-on deployment, including SSO and connector setup, plus project plans, success plans, EBRs, adoption metrics and escalations. It asks three to five years in technical deployment, implementation, account management or customer success for enterprise SaaS, plus AWS, GCP or Azure familiarity and Agile and DevOps knowledge. Pay is $140,000–$200,000 OTE, hybrid, four days a week in San Francisco or Mountain View.
