Glean is hiring an AI Success Manager to run enterprise deployments of its Work AI platform, working US West hours from the Bangalore office. The job spans kickoff to go-live and renewal: guiding SSO and connector setup, writing joint success plans, tracking adoption metrics, managing risks and escalations, and feeding improvements back into onboarding playbooks. It asks for three to five years in SaaS technical deployment, implementation or technical account management, familiarity with cloud platforms, Agile and DevOps, and strong project management. Hybrid, four days a week in office.
