Glean's AI Success Manager, Central is a post-sales role accountable for the health of customer deployments on the company's enterprise AI search, assistant and agent platform. The person leads implementations from kickoff to go-live through renewal, guides SSO and connector setup, runs joint success plans and executive business reviews, tracks adoption and satisfaction metrics, and handles escalations alongside account executives, solution architects, support and R&D. The posting asks for three to five years in technical implementation, deployment or technical account management of enterprise SaaS, plus familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure and Agile and DevOps practices.
