Hightouch is hiring an AI Strategy Consultant to be the technical and strategic partner for customers using its AI Decisioning product, from discovery through go-live and expansion. The consultant runs design sessions, documents use-case requirements, manages delivery and project risks, builds stakeholder relationships, and contributes to product strategy, working with engineers and designers. The posting asks for martech, CDP or CEM experience, strong discovery and communication skills, technical project management, and 10–25% travel. Programming or SQL experience is a bonus. Remote, EMEA.
