NVIDIA Research Singapore is hiring AI research scientists to design, train and accelerate generative models on GPUs, spanning language models, visual generation and robotics. Duties include publishing original research, mentoring interns, speaking at conferences, collaborating with internal product teams and outside researchers, and transferring technology into products. The posting asks for a PhD in computer science or electrical engineering, four years of experience, publications at venues such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR or NeurIPS, strong Python, knowledge of LLMs and foundation models, and familiarity with PyTorch; CUDA is a plus.
